Back-to-back ad shoots, painstaking films schedules and amidst all this comes her birthday. What will the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor do? Her beau Saif Ali Khan is waiting to hold her in his arms in Paris and she is here in India, weak and under the weather after a thoroughly exhausting work schedule. To top it, it’s Kareena’s birthday today. And she is thousands of miles away from Saif who has planned a special evening for her in Paris.

Kareena has been ill since Saturday and was on medications. She came to India from Latvia for just three days and was shooting non-stop for three commercials. In the meantime she even arranged a special party for Malaika Arora for her ‘Munni’ success, and squeezed out time to attend Tusshar Kapoor’s bash.

Now that she’s ill, exhausted, spent, Kareena has to fly to Paris to be with her man on her birthday. Her mom Babita told her not to travel in this poor health. But Bebo has packed her bags and left for Paris. “This is one time I can't listen to mom,” Bebo is quoted as saying.

Saif has reportedly planned a special dinner for her at Johnny Depp’s Ritz Hotel in Paris, and also a short getaway in the city. Birthdays are time to be with someone special. Right, Bebo! We raise a toast to your success and health. Happy Birthday!
