Akshay Kumar to put an additional picture in his ‘Khiladi’ series

The khiladi of Tinsel Town Akshay Kumar is hoping to come across an interesting ‘Khiladi’ script that will blow his mind. Expressing his desire to work on the ‘Khiladi’ series again, Akshay told a news daily, "It would help if a Khiladi script came my way and blew my mind". "I am open to a film here but then if it has to happen, it has to be really huge”.

Akshay has patented the ‘Khiladi’ title after the release of a number of films by the same title. His first film of the series was ‘Khiladi’ and eventually he starred in a number of films like ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’, ‘Sabse Bada Khiladi’, ‘Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi’ and ‘International Khiladi’ which were action thrillers. ‘Mr.and Mrs Khiladi’ was an out and out a comic film where Akki was paired opposite the bubbly Juhi Chawla.

The actor admits the fact that many have approached him to make yet another ‘Khiladi’ flick "Yes, a lot of people have been asking for the `Khiladi` series to be revived", said Akshay. It has almost been a decade since Akshay has not done a film in the ‘Khiladi’ series. His last ‘Khiladi’ flick was ‘Khiladi 420’ in which he was paired opposite Antara Mali and Mahima Chowdhary.

The handsome actor nowadays is quite choosy about the kind of films he wants to do. Presently he has his eyes fixed on ‘Action Replayy’, a musical, due for release this Diwali. Well with Akshay laying out his wish in the open, here’s hoping the actor will soon find a filmmaker with a brilliant ‘Khiladi’ script.
