There is something about Koffee and its aroma that entices the celeb guests to speak their heart out. Karan Johar, an expert in brewing that Koffee, had a candid tete-a-tete with Lara Dutta and her fiancé, ace Tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi, for his show Koffee With Karan. This was the couple’s first appearance on a TV show.

So, what was the highlight of the episode? The chemistry between the couple and the revelation that a serious-looking guy like Mahesh can also crack jokes. The high point of the episode was when Mahesh tells Karan that he calls Lara a “serial killer” as the lady had done quite a few romantic scenes in her films. Lara was taken aback but was quick to rejoin that this title belongs exclusively to Emraan Hashmi.

The couple talked openly about their relationship and how they are completely smitten with each other. The couple also declared their splendid marriage plans on the show. They are going to have a Christian wedding.

Lara also revealed that when she first went to see Mahesh playing an international tennis match, she hoped to stay unnoticed in the crowd. But it turned out that Mahesh, despite being busy in the game, came to know of her presence.
