A source present at the brunch reveals that Mallika sat between studio film director Jesse Dylan (son of legendary musician Bob Dylan) and world famous music composer Yanni.Overheard was discussion of Mallika's next few American film projects of which our source says Mr. Dylan seemed to be involved.
Mr. Dylan directed the Will Ferrell film "Kicking and Screaming" and "American Wedding" for Universal Studios, among others.
Also mentioned was music for "Hisss", currently in post-production at a Hollywood facility. Yanni was heard offering to provide his music for the highly-anticipated film.
Some invited guests and friends of Miss Sherawat who were unable to attend include Warner Bros. studio film director Jay Chandrashakur.
And the 'CEO of HipHop" Russell Simmons, both also rumored to be in talks with the Indian star on upcoming projects.
