South Africa is buzzing with the anticipation over the FIFA World Cup that kicks off on 11th June and as the news of the smouldering hot Kareena Kapoor making her presence felt is doing the rounds, fans can, now, look forward to much more than the yummy 3 Idiots actress.Abhishek Bachchan, a die-hard soccer fan, is adamant of attending the finale of the grand event to watch the adrenaline pumping action Live from the edge of his seat. The finale shall be played on 11th July and Abhishek is gung ho about flying off to the jam-packed stadiums.
His father Sir Amitabh Bachchan reveals his son’s bursting enthusiasm on his blog, “There is keenness for a group that wishes to be there (World Cup) in the midst of it all to feel the punch of entertainment and game. My home enthusiasts … well just one … Mr. Abhishek Bachchan has expressed his absolute desire to be there for the final.”
And, it’s unlikely that Abhishek won’t be taking his wife Aishwarya Rai to be seated alongside him. Though, an actor always has to tackle his/her gruelling schedule, the carefree Abhishek looks set to give his work a miss and scorch the arena with his and his wife’s fiery presence.
