Divya Dutta: My brother Dr Rahul Dutta is more a friend than an elder brother. And he knows exactly what I want. The other day I liked a piece of jewellery while window-shopping. Before I knew it, it became my Rakhi gift. He is traveling but will be back in time for me tie the rakhi. 
Lata Mangeshkar: More than a brother, Hridaynath is the son that I never had. When I sing for my brother I feel a mixture of elation and fear. He's such a perfectionist. To work with him is taxing but ultimately very satisfying. When I sing for other composers I'm always unsure about whether I've done my best. Hridayanath doesn't hesitate in ticking me off if I go wrong. 

Even if I go wrong with one word he doesn't let me off the hook. He makes me sing it a hundred times over no matter how tired I get. At the most he'll let me off until the next day. But he must have the flawless recording.

I agree with him when he says, 'Right now only the recordist and I can hear you. But tomorrow the entire world will hear you. How would you feel if listeners pinpoint the errors in your singing? ' He's a very knowledgeable human being and not just in the field of music. 

Hridayanath is very particular about the way I sing. And I like that. He makes me sing until I achieve the quality he desires. Hridayanath always says, 'In a recording room there're only ten people to hear you. 

Once the song is recorded 10 crore people will hear it. So who loses face? People will say Lata doesn't sing the way she used to. ' He's as particular with any singer, whether it's my sister Asha or Usha.
Happily Hridayanath has the knowledge to achieve a high quality in the recording. He not only has a sound base in classical music but also listens to the old songs of my father (Pandit Dinanath Mangeshkar) and uses them as a foundation for some of his compositions.

I'm always on tenterhooks singing for him. He's a very learned musician. His knowledge of Marathi literature and poetry is so vast. He's familiar with both modern and non-contemporary poets. By God's grace all my albums with my brother have been perennially popular. 

My first non-film album with Hridayanath was Mogra Phulela 35 years ago. And that's still selling... 

It wasn't a conscious decision to not work together for so long. Nothing materialized for one reason or another. . . . My brother Hridaynath Mangeshkar's album of Meera bhajans Chala Vahi Des is an all-time favourite. It's fallacy that I refused to sing Meera bhajans for anyone except my brother. 

I sang Jaidev's Main janoon nahin piya ko Milan kaise howe ri in Chand Grahan and Jo tum todo piya for Shiv-Hari in Silsila. I refused to give playback to the film on Meerabai when Gulzar made it. Meera is very close to my heart. I couldn't bear the thought of any actress sing her songs while playing Meerabai. 

Laxmikant-Pyarelal, then R. D. Burman left the project. Then Gulzar Saab brought in Pandit Ravi Shankar. I also love what my brother made me do in Maya Memsaab and Lekin. In the CD of Lekin there's a Ghazal Dil mein lekar which didn't feature in the film. I love that as well. 
Pooja Bedi: I deeply miss my brother Siddharth who died 15 years ago. And I'm grateful for my brother Adam who is 12 years younger to me. Being so much older I don't look at him in the traditional role of the protective brother. On the contrary I feel I need to protect him and take care of him. All I expect from him is some time to spend together and oodles of love.

I will make Jism 3 and Cabaret for Ponty Chadha

Pooja Bhatt's two ambitious projects Jism 3 and Cabaret are going to remain with the entertainment branch Waves of Ponty Chadha's business empire. She is in fact going ahead with the the completion of the two scripts before casting. 

Days after the shocking gunning-down tycoon entrepreneur, a sense of uncertainty remains over the film project involving Chadha, though one of Ponty's closest associates in the film Pooja Bhatt has decided to keep her commitment to the slain tycoon. 

Pooja leaves the ball in Chadha's business empire's court, I will wait for Ponty's movie flagship Waves to decide the way forward with my two projects Jism 3 and Cabaret which I was to do with Ponty. I will continue with the creative work on both the projects with even more fervour. 

If Waves decides to go ahead with our projects, we'd be happy to stick to our commitment. I shall give them two films to be proud of. And if they decide not to go ahead with our projects I shall respect that decision. But the call is theirs. I shall respect their decision. For, during his lifetime Ponty Chadha gave me much respect in our dealings. 
Pooja Bhatt who worked closely with Ponty Chadha says the loss is devastating. His death affects the entire film industry in the most devastating way. He belonged to that rare breed of entrepreneurs who believe in the power of cinema. 

He backed me on both Cabaret and Jism 3 from the day he saw the first copy of Jism 2 with us Bhatts. And he did so without knowing who the stars were or even a glimpse into the script, . That kind of trust is rare in movie-land.

At the moment Pooja grieves not for the uncertainty of her projects but a valuable creative ally, My first hit as a director Jism 2 is linked to that gentleman's faith in me. How can I ever forget that?

However another filmmaker who worked closely with Ponty for many years is not too sure whether the billionaire's business empire would want to carry forward its close links with the Bollywood. His death is going to have deep repercussions on the movie business. 

Ponty was the only all-India distributor for Hindi films. He has been associated with the film industry since Ajay Devgn's Raju Chacha and Ram Gopal Varma's Jungle. Neither of Ponty's two brothers were interested in the movie trade. I don't think his son is interested either. Ponty was a passionate movie buff. 

He loved films and he wasn't besotted by glamorous stars. He just loved the movies. I don't think Pooja Bhatt or anyone else would get the same kind of commitment from the rest of Ponty's family.
Not desirous of being named this prolific filmmaker also expressed amazement at Ponty's death in the macabre shooting incident with his brother. Ponty's hands were serious damaged. He lost them during his childhood. While flying a kite he got electrocuted. How could a man who could barely hold a coffee cup be involved in such a lethal shooting incident?

JISM3: Why Pooja Bhatt won't work with Sunny Leone again!

Here's why director Pooja Bhatt will not work with adult star Sunny Leone again

It appears that all is not well between Pooja Bhatt and Sunny Leone. The adult star, who was launched in B-Town in Jism 2, will not feature in the third outing of the franchise. Apparently the differences between Sunny and Pooja started midway through the filming. 

Sunny felt she was being treated like a newcomer when she was already a familiar name. Pooja thought the starlet carried too much excess star baggage.
The forthright Pooja says, Sunny is not a friend of mine. After 23 years in the industry, I don't need to be friends with everyone I work with or direct. I got along with Sunny well enough for her to be accepted. This is the first time in history that a porn star has made it in mainstream cinema.
Pooja adds, People tell me I did not expose her more? At the end of the day I am a 40-year-old and she is little younger than me. You choose who you want to be friends with.

She continues, Sunny was never meant to be in the third part. With every Jism we will be giving the nation a new fantasy. I was asked the same question when I was making Jism 2, that why not Bipasha Basu who featured in the first part? Now people are asking why not Sunny ? It means that the film has worked and we have to raise the stakes with every part.

Sunny Leone did not get a trial show for her debut film. The starlet, while promoting the film in New Delhi, managed to see it at producer Ponty Chadha's Chattarpur Farm house - the same place where he was killed last week. 

About not showing the film to Sunny, Pooja Bhatt explains, Sunny was in America, so how do I show it to her? The biggest tragedy is that Ponty Chadha who was also producing Jism 3 is no more and all these questions on Sunny are irrelevant to me now.

Wanted: An Exotic Cabaret Hottie. Item Girls need not apply

It's going to be Cabaret first, Jism 3 later. Though Pooja Bhatt has found her hero for her next film Cabaret-it's Randeep Hooda-she is yet find the girl who plays the central part of a cabaret dancer. And it's not going to be easy. 

Pooja knows it. Helenji with her ingrained dancers' dexterity would be my ideal cabaret girl. I am looking for someone who could match her grace. Can we turn back the clock so that Helenji can do my film? 

The leading lady in Cabaret is an exotic cabaret dancer. Mind you, she isn't an 'item girl'. I find that terminology rather offensive.

After Pooja finds the girl who can play the dancer in Cabaret the chosen one would have to undergo intense training in cabaret dancing. 
Says Pooja, There are enormously elaborate dance numbers in Cabaret. The girl would have to train intensely. She has to be a natural damcer. You are either a born dancer or you are not. Training can only polish your dancing skills. That's why I say Helenji is my ideal for the role. 

While uncertaintly surrounds the selection of the leading lady, Pooja can seek some consolation in the fact that she has finalized the leading man in Cabaret. It's her Jism 2 lead Randeep Hooda. 

Interestinglly while Pooja's father Mahesh Bhatt wants Emraan Hashmi in all his production, Pooja now declares she wants Randeep as her constant leading man. Yes, I believe in Randeep. I'd like him to be part of every film I make. Unlike Jism 2 where he was one of the two male leads, in Cabaret Randeep plays the solo hero this time. 
Though Pooja is unwilling to divulge any more detail at this point, one gathers Cabaret to be the story of a righteous honest cop and his passionate relationship with a cabaret dancer.

Please, portray gays with dignity

Actress-turned-director Pooja Bhatt says she is tired of watching caricature of gay people in Hindi movies. 

"Maybe some day we will portray gay people in Hindi films with the dignity they deserve. Tired of seeing them only used to evoke laughter," tweeted Pooja.

Even her half-sister Alia's debut "Student Of The Year" (SOTY), features Rishi Kapoor as a gay, with humorous overtones. 
His look is also homosexual - he is seen in pink shirts and lilac ties, which are typically a fun way of looking at those without a straight sexual orientation.

SOTY: Pooja will watch baby sister Alia first day first show

Although Karan Johar has graciously decided to have a screening of Student Of The Year on Thursday evening for the family members of the film's principal cast debutants Siddharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, Alia's protective Didi, elder sister Pooja Bhatt has decided to stay away from the family screening. 

Pooja would rather watch Alia with the audience at a public screening.

I'm going to see it first day first show on Friday. I can't wait. I do have the option of seeing it the the night before. But I'd rather see it with an unprejudiced audience. I've watched most of my own films on Friday with the ticket-paying public.
While Pooja plays the protective elder sister with utmost sincerity her brother Rahul Bhatt is completely disconnected from Alia's life and career. Rahul sheepishly admits to not knowing his stepsister's cellphone number. 

The film's other debutant Varun Dhawan's father filmmaker David Dhawan confesses he and his wife can't wait to see their son on screen. 

We are watching the film on the 18th night. Can you believe, we haven't seen single frame of Varun's work as yet!

Wanted! Two Hot girls for Jism 3 and Cabaret

She selfadmittedly has tasted blood. The success of Jism 3 has whetted Pooja Bhatt's appetite for more directorial ventures. She's all set to start two films one after another. While Jism 3 is now in the planning stage Pooja has now also started working on her pet project Cabaret. 

Says Pooja, Now that I've tasted blood with Jism 2 I don't want to get off the filmmaking treadmill. 

Yes, Pooja is now all set to direct two back-to-back films within the next 18 months. A first for this feisty actress-turned-director whose Jism and its sequel have broken new grounds in mainstream Hindi cinema. 

Says Pooja, `I'm starting Jism 3 first. I'm committed to completing Jism 3 first and releasing it by the winter of 2013. But scripting for both Jism 3 and Cabaret have started simultaneously. Both will release in the next 18 months. ` 

Jism 3 would have two hotties vying to attract eyeballs. Nathalia Kaur, the Ram Gopal Varma muse, may be one of them. 
Says Pooja, Yes, there might be two girls in Jism 3. As for Nathalia, my Dad (Mahesh Bhatt) really liked Nathalia's pics and I suggested I consider her for Jism 3. So we're certainly looking at that option.

As for Cabaret the lead would be very hard to find and Pooja is getting ready for an intense struggle to get that in place. Casting Cabaret is a tough one! 

I need a woman who is not only an amazing dancer but an intelligent actress as well. My ideal actress for Cabaret would be someone with Helen's grace sensuality and innocence combined with Smita Patil's searing intensity and heart-wrenching honesty.

But Pooja is determined to crack the casting for both within the next few months and complete both projects on target within the next 18 months.

Pooja wants Alia, Ranbir for Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi remake

Actress-turned-director Pooja Bhatt is keen to remake her own film 'Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi' with sister Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead

The 1991 film 'Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi' was directed by Mahesh Bhatt and featured Pooja Bhatt and Aamir Khan in the lead.

"I would love to remake 'Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi' with Alia and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. I think if there is anyone who could take my place in that film, then it is Alia. And as far as Aamir's character is concerned I think Ranbir is the best choice, " Pooja told.

"I am dreaming about this. It is my dream to cast them, " she said. In 'Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi' Pooja played the role of a daughter of a rich shipping tycoon Anupam Kher, while Aamir Khan played a reporter. Meanwhile, Alia is making her debut in Bollywood with Karan Johar's directorial venture 'Student of the Year'.

In this film, Alia stars opposite newcomers Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan, son of director David Dhawan. The film produced by Karan Johar and co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan, releases on October 19.

Pooja is elated looking at the first trailer of 'Student of the Year' and is all praises for Alia. "Alia is fabulous. We are happy that she is making her debut with a film like 'Student of the Year. We have seen the trailer and it is amazing, Alia looks brilliant. Looking at it I feel a new star is born, " Pooja said.

Jism 2 makes Rs.21 crore in opening weekend

Pooja Bhatt's erotic thriller "Jism 2" is doing roaring business at the box office. It has managed to rake in an encouraging figure of Rs.21 crore in its opening weekend and "a fact that justifies that brand 'Jism' is here to stay," says the director.

"'Jism 2' has done a business of Rs.21 crore in India over the weekend (despite releasing during Ramzan). Brand 'JISM', my dears, is here to STAY," tweeted Pooja.

The film, said to be made on a budget of Rs.7 crore, features the sizzling trio of Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone, Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda.

Many expected it to be a sex-laden, skin-show affair. But according to film critics, it wasn't anything close to that, and almost everyone has been raving about Randeep's performance in the movie.

Released Aug 3, "Jism 2" is the sequel to 2003 film "Jism", which catapulted model-turned-actress Bipasha Basu's career to new heights.

"BRAND 'Jism' is not merely a film. It is a cultural war. It is an EVENT. One that divides crowds passionately and turns its actors into STARS," wrote Pooja.

Jism 2 songs are copied?

Pooja Bhatt's film "Jism 2" has been in the news for all the wrong reasons -- one of them being the tittle track "Yeh Jism", which is said to be copy of a Turkish song. Debutant music composer Arko Pravo Mukherjee denies that and says these are just rumours.

"I don't care about these rumours. There is some similarity in the beginning of three more songs but these things happen. It was not a conscious decision to copy. This song is totally different," Mukherjee told.

A doctor by profession, Mukherjee left Kolkata four years ago and came to Mumbai with a dream of making music for Bollywood and feels fortunate to start his career with "Jism 2".

It is very important to get the 'right break' in the industry, says Mukherjee.

"It often happens that you make songs for a film but due to some reasons, the movie does not get made. It happened to me thrice. This is very common. I am lucky that I am making my debut with 'Jism 2'," he added.

Releasing Aug 3, the film is a sequel to the 2003 film "Jism", which featured Bipasha Basu.

"Jism 2" is a triangular love story revolving around three main characters played by Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone, Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda.

Coming from a highly educated family, Mukherjee reveals he is the only one with 'just one degree' but says his family supported him throughout.

"They always trusted me and I have never let them down. But they do get impatient at times. In our field, there is no guaranteed success. So, as parents they are concerned and sometimes get worried," he said.

But he never doubted his ability to make good music during his struggle and "I was always sure that I am going to make it. I believe in my songs and ability".

Pooja Bhatt wants Jism 2 to be her Arth

Pooja Bhatt wants "Jism 2" to be a game changer for her, just as the 1982 "Arth" was for her father Mahesh Bhatt.

"I hope 'Jism 2' will be my 'Arth', " Pooja, 40, told.

Pooja has directed four films -- "Paap", "Holiday", "Dhokha" and "Kajraare" -- none of which worked any magic at the box office. With the erotic thriller "Jism 2", she is hoping for success, fame and acclaim.

"It's a coincidence that even I am at the same stage (as my father). Even he had made around four movies (before 'Arth') and none of them did well. He was at a point in his career where nothing was moving, " she said.

Pooja also finds a common thread between "Arth" and "Jism 2".

"Somewhere what's the specialty of 'Arth' is that a lady makes a choice not to be with her husband and neither with her lover. In 'Jism 2', Isna, who is a porn star, makes a conscious choice for her life too.

"We are talking about choices and that's the similarity between the two. 'Jism 2' is contemporary, it's a world view film. It's a game changer in more ways than one, " said Pooja, who has roped in Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone to play the lead in the film.

"Jism 2" is an erotic thriller and has received an 'A' rating from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

While many filmmakers reshoot bold scenes in a subtle way to telecast it on the small screen, Pooja says she didn't want to get into that zone. She says it's not possible to tone down an adult film and so she'd rather show her movie post the 11 p.m. slot on TV.

"I have made an adult film; you can't really sell alcohol on a children's channel! So if one is making a film with the adult title, how can I water down and release it in prime time in the afternoon?" she asked.

"I am very clear I want the 11 p.m. slot or I am open with the home video market. I have to look at new ways to look at the market for my product, " added the director, who played smart by releasing promotional videos of only those songs on TV that had no sexual content.

The rest were marketed online, "a more than worthy competitor of TV", according to the director.

"Jism 2", releasing Aug 3, also features Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh alongside Sunny.

Pooja keen to re-look Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain

Actress-turned-director Pooja Bhatt says she is keen to revisit her father's 1974 "radical" and "shocking" film "Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain" and Mahesh Bhatt has welcomed the daughter's decision.

"I would love to look at my father's 'Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain'. It was banned by the censor board that time and he broke a table in frustration. I was very small that time. We didn't have money and he walked back home from there (censor board office) to Shivaji Park. It was the dead end in his life, " Pooja told reporters.

" 'Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain' was a bit too ahead of its times. It is the kind of a film I would like to re-look and may revisit, " added the filmmaker, who is gearing up for the release of her adult film "Jism 2".

Forty years ago Mahesh Bhatt made "Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain" with Kabir Bedi, Gulshan Arora and Prema Narayan in the cast. After facing several censorship hiccups, the film finally hit the screens, but neither the critics nor the public appreciated it.

In last four decades, the Indian cinema has revolutionised with both audiences and scribes accepting bold films like "The Dirty Picture", and adult comedies such as "Delhi Belly".

But way back in the 70s, makers of such films were labelled as "beast", says Mahesh Bhatt.

"The film got released much later with too many cuts and mould. It was a box office flop, too radical and shocking for the audience. I was young that time... I was 21 or 22, " said the filmmaker, who is known for films like "Arth", "Saaransh" and "Naam".

"Indian cinema feels only bad people have sex and good people fall in love. Since I have made a film like that, people thought I was some kind of a beast, " said the 63-year-old.

The filmmaker has welcomed his daughter's decision of revisting 'Manzilein Aur Bhi Hain'.

"If Pooja wants to re-look at the project, then why not? She can, " he said.

Double-meaning not my style

Filmmaker Pooja Bhatt believes in showing boldness as it is, with no double-meaning and no toilet humour.

The actress-turned-director is waiting for the release of her erotic thriller "Jism 2", which is perhaps the boldest film from the Bhatt camp.

"An average film is made from a male perspective and designed for a male audience, but I am going to show pure, unadulterated sensuality, designed by adults and for adults," Pooja told.

"Toilet humour is not my style and what I wish to do. I leave the double-meaning and toilet humour to other filmmakers to do," she added.

The 40-year-old made her her directorial debut in 2004 with John Abraham and Udita Goswami-starrer "Paap", followed by "Holiday", "Dhokha", "Kajraa Re" and now "Jism 2".

Releasing Aug 3, the film is a sequel to the 2003 film "Jism", which featured Bipasha Basu. "Jism 2" features Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone with Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda.

"Jism 2" has recently been passed with an A-certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

"It's an adult film for adult sensibilities. The adult audience is a sizeable number and it is big enough for my film," Pooja said.

Coming Soon: Jism 3 in 3D

Pooja Bhatt's "Jism 2" is yet to hit the screens but the actress-turned-director has started working on the third film in "Jism" franchise, with plans to make it in 3D.

"I had my script ready a long time back. I want to get it out of my system. I will make 'Jism 3' in 3D. It will be interesting to make an erotic film in 3D, " Pooja told.

"In fact we had plans to make 'Jism 2' in 3D. But later we felt it would look very ahead of times, " she added. 

Though Pooja refuses to divulge any details on the cast of "Jism 3", she says it will be bigger and better. 
"I don't want to talk about the cast now. We have increased our take with 'Jism 2'. So 'Jism 3' should be bigger and better. It will be a step ahead in every way, " she said, adding it will go on floors next year. 

Pooja is looking forward to the release of "Jism 2" featuring Sunny Leone, Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh. It is due to hit the screens Aug 3.

Common man 's Erotic Jism 2' clears board exam with an 'A' Pooja Bhatt tweets news of censor board passing Sunny Leone-starrer Erotic thriller "Jism 2" has been passed with an A-certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), says director Pooja Bhatt, who is glad that cuts were only made "upon my discretion". 

"'A' certificate received for 'Jism 2'. August 3 here we come! India just got itself an erotic thriller that truly reflects the times," tweeted Pooja.

"Let me also clarify to all my 'well-wishers' that 'Jism 2' has not been affected in the least by the cuts I made 'upon my own discretion'," added the actress-turned-director. 

The 40-year-old said the film doesn't target only multiplex audiences, adding she does not make "elite films".

"I don't wish it to be an elite product. I am catering the man on the streets and women who understand 'the erotica'. It is an erotic sensual thriller...," she added.

She clarified that she never wanted children to watch it.
"We applied for an 'A' because I am very clear that I want an 'A' and not a 'U/A'. I am not making the the film for children, it's an adult film for adult sensibilities. The adult audience is a sizeable number and it is big enough for my film," Pooja told. 

Talking about the cuts made, she says there were few changes done.

"The censor board asked me to decrease the length of shots at four places or replace it with another one. Three out of which are in songs and one is a scene. One of them is the the song 'Yeh kasoor', which is already out on the internet," she said adding that censor board left the cuts to "director's discretion". 

"I think, by saying that they are being rather mature. I made the changes and genuinely felt it made my film more erotic. Otherwise, they did not tampered with a single dialogue or a scene. 

"I have not tampered with sensual content at all. I promise, apart from 'Jism' 1, 'Jism 2' will be the most sensual film of our times and I assure that I will deliver that promise," she said.

"Jism 2", releasing Aug 3, is a sequel to the 2003 film, features Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone, with Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda.

We won't accept adult cuts that mutilate Jism 2

Pooja Bhatt's bold project "Jism 2" is set to get a verdict from the Central Board of Film Certification Wednesday and the actress- turned-director says she won't accept any cuts that will alter her narrative.

"Verdict on 'Jism 2' Censors Wednesday. No way I am going to accept cuts that mutilate my film. But if the cuts work, shall be gracious," tweeted Pooja Tuesday night.

"Jism 2" is a sequel to the 2003 film "Jism", which was quite bold for its time. The new film is expected to be steamier with Indo- Canadian porn star Sunny Leone in the lead role. 
Recalling the days when "Jism" underwent the censors' scanner, Pooja wrote: "Ten years ago when we 'censored' 'Jism', they cut out two shots that seem laughable in this day and age, but were considered provocative then. 

"I accepted the two cuts on 'Jism' 10 years ago because it did not mar our narrative in the least and frankly, made our edit far more aesthetic," she added.

"Jism 2" also features Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh, and releases July 27.

Now Bollywood floats Adult, uncut version online

Bollywood is perhaps in its boldest phase ever, but the censor board often plays a spoilsport. To combat that, filmmakers have found another way to present unedited adult content - they are floating trailers and songs on online medium. 

Filmmakers are determined to make their content go viral on internet. 

When the trailer of Ekta Kapoor's forthcoming sex comedy "Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum" was allowed in theatres and TV only after suggested cuts by the censor board, the filmmaker kept the uncut version for online viewers.

An upset Ekta decided to play around the law. First, she rushed to the capital to show "Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum" promos to media when her uncut trailer couldn't make it to the theatres with the release of "Bol Bachchan".

"We have a sanitised, boring promo in the theatre for the ones who will be seeing 'Bol Bachchan'. But I want to show the real promo to everyone, so that's going online! I will create as much buzz as I can for the film because I can't fight the law, I can work around it," Ekta told.

"I'd rather have the audience decide whether the promo of my film is vulgar or funny and naughty. Luckily, the response is positive online," she added.

When the uncensored promo of the film was released on YouTube, it was a hit and has so far got over 522,500 hits on YouTube. 

Pooja Bhatt decided to promote "Jism 2" songs with adult content on internet, rather than opting for the tedious job of snipping out so-called objectionable scenes from her film. 

With "Jism 2", Pooja is introducing Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone in her scintillating and sizzling avatar to the Indian film industry. 

The director has shot six songs for the film, but she has chosen to showcase only three songs with asexual content on TV. The rest have gone online - "a more than worthy competitor of TV," said Pooja recently. 

It is a conscious decision she had to make. 

"We have six songs in 'Jism 2'. Only three cater to a universal audience without losing their essence. The other three cannot be made to seem asexual! Hence, we will only submit to the censor board and plug on TV those songs of 'Jism 2' what we feel is appropriate for a family audience," Pooja wrote on her Twitter page.
The actress-turned-director is happy that viewers get a chance to choose what to watch without a "roadblock" by the censor board. 

"The three 'Jism 2' songs that cater to the average thinking, discerning, passionate, ADULTS may be viewed freely and by CHOICE across the internet.

"This is the FIRST time a mainstream film has chosen the internet and social media as a more than worthy competitor to television," Pooja said, adding it's "a brand new, sane and fair way forward for all!"

The two ladies have started a new trend that many would follow!
