Neha Dhupia exotic at 'Dear Friend Hitler' launch party

Neha Dhupia showed that she has it in her to take on the challenging role of Eva Braun.

At the launch party of Dear Friend Hitler at Novotel Hotel in Juhu, Mumbai on late evening Sunday, June 6.

Anupam Kher will play Hitler in the Amrapali Group produced and debutant Rakesh Kumar Ranjan helmed film. Mahesh Bhatt and his daughter Aliya with wife Soni Razdan were special guests invited by Kher. Incidentally Soni Razdan's mother is a German who had fled Germany in a car. The film, set mostly in a bunker, focuses on the last 10 days of Hitler's life.

Answering media questions as to why he is doing a film on the most hated person in the world, Kher said if you can have a film titled Raavan then why not Hitler? The film does not glorify Hitler he clarified. Talking about the title Dear Friend Hitler, he said, it alluded to the two letters Mahatma Gandhi wrote to Hitler addressing him as Dear Friend Hitler. The film will be made in Hindi and English.
