Bipasha Basu inches toward getting beaten up by her 'husband'

Since Bipasha Basu has always been known as a hot and sexy actress, it is hard to imagine her in the role of a submissive housewife. But that's exactly what she plays in Aakrosh, a film that is directed by Priyadarshan. In the movie, Bips is a simple Bihar- based housewife who suffers violence at the hands of her husband played by Paresh Rawal.

The film, which deals with the issue of honour killing, also highlights the evil of domestic violence. According to sources from the film's unit, all scenes of violence and abuse were shot in a manner to make both the actors - Paresh and Bipasha - comfortable. The professionals that the two are, we hear they tried to make the scenes look as realistic as possible. We hope the movie does well.
