Playing with Aaradhya is like doing a workout: Big B

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says that spending time with granddaughter Aaradhya just for few minutes is like gyming.

"Ever realized playing with the 'little one' for just a few minutes could be equivalent to an entire two hour workout in the gym! Child is the father of man, " the 69-year-old tweeted on his blog Bigb.bigadda.com.

Abhishek and Aishwarya welcomed their daughter, Nov 16 last year.
