Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty, the actor-director duo of Singham were presented the 'Pride of Nation' Award by the All India Terrorist Front on National Police Day at the Vigyan Bhavan.
Ajay Devgn, who is also the official Brand Ambassador of the Maharashtra Police department, was felicitated by widows of soldiers who lost their lives in the line of duty.
The film is a story about a cop who stands against corruption and those in power and was very well received by audiences all over. The film was a runaway Hit all over. Singham was remake of a Tamil film with the similar title. Singham's high points were the dialogues which was applauded in cinema halls.
There are news of Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn planning a sequel to the film, which should be out by the end of 2013.
