Kader Khan, who has been ailing since a while now, made a rare appearance with his son Sarfaraz. Bachchan did not forget to call his old friends who came in to wish him.

Some of his close buddies included Danny Denzongpa, Romesh Sharma and Anwar Ali among others.

SRK was the last to arrive at the party along with wife Gauri Khan.

Soon after he exited the party, Jackie Shroff was seen chatting with a needy boy and even gave him a Rs 500 note.

Surprise, surprise!

Randhir Kapoor was also present and was seen in a rather cheerful mood. It can be recalled that Randhir's family and the Bachchan khandaan had broken all ties after the engagement of Abhishek and Karisma (announced on Big B's 60th birthday) was called off.

Aditya Chopra is widely known to be media-shy. No wonder that he made a back door entry at the event.

Family matters

Shatrughan Sinha attended the party with his entire family, putting an end to the endless rumours about differences between the two khandaans.

Earlier, the veteran actor was extremely upset about not being invited to the Abhi-Ash wedding and had returned the sweets sent by the Bachchans after the wedding.

There was no dearth of actors from the South who came to wish Big B. Superstars Chiranjeevi, Rajnikanth and Nagarjuna were present at the party. Interestingly, Nagarjuna made a public appearance with his wife Amala after many years. Also present at the event was Nag's rumoured 'special' friend Tabu.
