Kajal Aggarwal happy about more south directors entering Bollywood

Kajal Aggarwal's next B-Town outing Neeraj Pandey's film with Akshay Kumar based on the 1987 Mumbai jewellery shop heist is still being made

Meanwhile the Singham actress continues to do South films. Her Tamil film Maattrraan with Suriya hit the marquee on Friday. But the day was also important to her as the dubbed Hindi version of S S Rajamouli's house fly flick, too, released on the same day.

Rajamouli has directed Kajal in the hugely successful Magadheera, the 2009 Telugu historical drama romance film in which she stars with Ram Charan Teja. The film is also being remade in Hindi by Anurag Kashyap with apparently Ranveer Singh.
Kajal is happy to note that several of the directors she has worked with in the South like Rajamouli are planning B-Town directorial debuts. She says, I have worked with Rajamouli Sir and working with him is an amazing experience.

He ensures that each scene is depicted just the way he has envisaged. I have seen the original film in Telugu. He's so thorough with his work. Kajal also features in three other Telugu flicks that have Junior NTR and Mahesh Babu as her co-stars.

There is also buzz that Sohail Khan is planning to remake the 2010 Telugu film Brindavanam which starred Kajal with NTR Jr.
