What's with the sudden change in hairstyle, Maanayata?

Maanayata and Sanjay Dutt were the chief guests at a health awards event at the NCPA recently. Maanayata arrived for the function with her hair open and even stepped on to the stage likewise

But somewhere along she decided to pull up her hair in a bun. Was it the heat? Or something that came loose? Check out her changing hair-do on the dais!
