Filmmaker Ravi Chopra, who was hospitalised at the Breach Candy hospital here due to a lung ailment, has been discharged.
A hospital source told: "Yes, Ravi Chopra was hospitalised October 1st and was in ICU (Intensive Care Unit), but he was discharged on Oct 26th."
The 66-year-old is advised bed rest.
"Yes, he is back home, but his health condition is still the same. He is in complete bed rest," siad a source close to the family.
Son of late B.R. Chopra, Ravi is known for directing "The Burning Train" (1980), "Aaj Ki Awaz" (1984), "Baghban" (2003) and "Baabul" (2006) among others.
