Vidya Balan Act in New Film Kill Bill

With an impressive line of films, some of which have been the biggest hit at the Box Office, the very talented Vidya Balan has bagged another interesting role that can be no less path breaking than some of her earlier acts. The actress is all set to play lead in Sujoy Ghosh`s forthcoming flick which is reportedly patterned along the lines of Hollywood actress Uma Thurman’s role in `Kill Bill`!

Speaking to a news daily, a source revealed, “Sujoy`s film is inspired by `Kill Bill` which was a top revenge drama. Vidya`s role is similar to that of Uma Thurman`s in the original. Sujoy found Vidya apt to be cast in the role of a woman who gets betrayed by the people she trusts and how she settles scores with them.

Apparently, this will be a career first for Vidya Balan, for until now the actress has never been seen performing daring stunts on screen.

The source further added, "Vidya hasn`t done any action film till date. Her role will have Vidya performing stunts and high action sequences and that`s what Vidya is all excited about. She is looking forward to working with a talented director like Sujoy."Well, seems like Vidya has bagged a role to kill for.
