Secret behind Ranis great new looks

For Dil bole Haddipa Rani Mukherji’s ultra slim figure is definitely winning heart. Rani was kind of getting into that aunty look but shhh, she shut down all critics with the bikini clad look she gives in the film.

Even her yoga instructor was apprehensive about her looks. But then the disciplined Rani went of to achieve her goal.

Payal Gidwani, her yoga instructor says “I was skeptical about what I was getting myself into when I first saw Rani but.

She told me to relax and said that we would easily achieve our target. It was her discipline that got us through”.

She adds “She has a record of not missing out on a single class, to date. Earlier she would work out for five days a week, two hours each day.

Now we meet up thrice a week.” Rani Mukherji was 58 kilos last april but now she weighs 48 kgs ideal for her figure. And all this only with her strict regimen.

Here is some tip from the Kareena and Rani’s yoga instructor “I advise people to do three days of yoga and hit the gym for three days. And while in the gym, it’s preferable to do free hand exercises than pumping iron.”
